Our Curriculum

Pre-primary-Unlocking the Joy of Learning

At Discovery Den Micro School, we believe that every child is a curious explorer, and our curriculum is crafted to nurture that natural drive to learn. Especially in the early years, we focus on unlocking the joy of learning through a highly personalized and responsive approach. Our pre-primary program is more than just preparation for formal schooling-it’s a foundation for life. We customize and curate learning experiences so that each child feels empowered, respected, and engaged. Even our youngest learners are encouraged to make decisions and express themselves, building confidence and independence from the very start.

We follow a play-based and hands-on approach that blends structured and unstructured activities to support meaningful learning. Whether children are immersed in role play, working with manipulatives, or collaborating on open-ended projects, they are constantly developing cognitive, language, and motor skills in a fun and natural way. Learning through play helps our children internalize concepts without pressure, while still building strong academic foundations. Our micro preschool classrooms are alive with movement, conversation, and creativity-fostering both imagination and discipline in a nurturing environment.

PrePrimary – Unlocking the Joy of Learning

Our Pre-primary program is all about sparking curiosity and making leaming an enjoyable journey. Through storytelling, songs, movement, and exploration, we help children develop foundational skills while building confidence and a love for leaming.

Play-Based and Hands-On Learning

encouraging creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration. From building blocks to role-play, each activity is designed to promote cognitive and social development through joyful experiences

Multi-Sensory Learning

We engage all five senses to deepen understanding and enhance memory. Whether it's tracing letters in sand, exploring textures, or listening to nature sounds, our multi-sensory approach caters to different learning styles and keeps young minds fully engaged.

Screen Free Coding and Early Design

Even without screens, children can leam the basics of coding and design thinking. Through games, storytelling, and pattern-based activities, we introduce logical thinking, sequencing, and problem-solving in a playful, age-appropriate way-laying the groundwork for future tech fluency.

The Way We Grow

Play-Based Learning

Children learn best through play. Our curriculum incorporates imaginative play, storytelling, and creative activities that make learning enjoyable and effective.

We integrate multisensory learning—engaging touch, sound, sight, and movement—to make concepts truly resonate. Whether it’s tracing letters in sand, acting out stories, or singing through patterns, children actively explore the world through all their senses.

Nature is a powerful teacher. Our outdoor activities and nature walks help children develop a sense of wonder and respect for the environment, enhancing their observational skills and physical development.

We prioritize the emotional well-being of our students. Through group activities, discussions, and reflective exercises, children learn empathy, self-awareness, and effective communication skills.

Growing with Care Through a Multisensory and Future-Ready Learning Experience

At the heart of our approach is a commitment to growing with care.
We integrate multisensory learning—engaging touch, sound, sight, and movement—to make concepts truly resonate. Whether it’s tracing letters in sand, acting out stories, or singing through patterns, children actively explore the world through all their senses.

To build future-ready skills, we introduce screen-less coding tools like KUBO and early design projects using LEGO, nurturing logic, creativity, and problem-solving in a playful, age-appropriate way.

Beyond academics, we focus on holistic development—fostering emotional intelligence, physical health, and social confidence. Through thoughtful routines and purposeful play, children gain the life skills needed to thrive in school and beyond.
